On motion of Mr. Jones,
(The rules being suspended,)

Leave was granted the Somerset County delegation to re-
port a bill to.be entitled, an Act to repeal section 39 of Arti-
cle 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the
County commissioners for Somerset county, and to amend and
re-enact the said section.

On motion of Mr. Gorsuch,

Leave was granted Frederick County delegation to report
a bill supplemental to the Act of 1860, to build a turnpike
from the Woodsboro' and Frederick Turnpike to and through
the village of Mt. Pleasant to Libertytown, in Frederick
county.

Mr. Jones, from a Select Committee, (the rules being sus-
pended) reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal
section 39 of Article 19 of Public Local Laws relating to the
number of County Commissioners for Somerset county, and
to amend and re-enact said section ;

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Waltemeyer moved to adjourn until to-morrow at 12
o'clock;

Mr. Neale moved to adjourn until to-morrow morning at
11 1/2 o'clock;

On motion of Mr. Phelps,

The House adjourned until 11 o'clock to-morrow morning.
