ported by Mr. Magruder relating to State Tobacco Ware-
houses.

Mr. Criswell proposed the following amendment:

Section 12, line 8, strike out all after the word "one,"

Which was rejected.

Mr. Magruder proposed the following amendments :

In section 9, at the end of line 12, add, "And provided
further that if any Inspector shall refuse to receive tobacco
sent to him from any of the other warehouses by the In-
spector or Inspectors thereof, knowing his own warehouse to
be capable of receiving the same, he shall be liable as men-
tioned in this section.

In section 11, line 1, between the words "tobacco" and
"at" insert "delivered."

Adopted.

Mr. Criswell proposed the following amendment:
