AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend section 1, line 3, by striking out the word "and"
and insert after the word "Linthicum" in the s£me line the
following: William Parmel, Michael Gegan, and G. P.
Whitaker.

Amend sec. 4, line 3, by striking out the word " ten" and
inserting the words "twenty-five."

Amend sec. 4, line 8, by inserting after the word "thereof"
in said line the following to wit: After advertizing for at
least twenty days the time and place of opening said books,
said books to be kept open for at least ten days, and if upon
closing said books there shall be found to have been sub-
scribed more than three hundred and twenty shares, the said
corporators shall reduce the subscriptions pro rata to three
hundred shares.
