Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means.

Mr. Lindsey presented the petition of F. W. Jones, John
Mauldin and thirteen citizens of Cecil county praying the
repeal of sections 91, 92. 93, 94 and 95 of Article eight of
the Code of Public Local Laws for Cecil county relating to
fences.

Which was read and referred to the Cecil county delega-
tion.

Mr. Whitaker presented the memorial of fifty-three citi-
zens of Cecil county against the erection of booms in the
Susquehanna River.

Which was rerad and referred to the Committee on Corpo-
rations.

Also, presented the petition of John Gilpen and 29 citi-
zens of Cecil county praying the repeal of sections 91, 92,
93, 94 and 95 of article eight of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Cecil county relating to fences,

Which was read and referred to the Cecil county delega-
gation.

Mr. Whitaker presented the memorial of 27 citizens of Ce-
cil county, against the erection of booms in the Susquehanna
river;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corpo-
rations.

On motion of Mr. Smith,

(The rules being suspended,)

The House took up for consideration the Senate bill enti-
tled, an Act to authorize Acts of Assembly, passed at the
present session of the General Assembly, to be repealed, and
to make valid such repeal;

Which was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follow:
