The Senate took up for consideration the bill entitled, an
Act to authorize Benjamin Norris and Elizabeth Norris, his
wife, to convey by deed a tract of land to the party threin
mentioned;

The bill was then read the third time by special order,
three-fourths concurring, and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
