The bill entitled, an Act to repeal an Act, passed March
20th, 1865, entitled, a further supplement to an Act to in-
corporate companies, to make several Turnpike Roads through
Baltimore county and for other purposes;
Were severally read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
The Senate bill entitled, an Act to authorize Frederick
Sasscer, Clerk of the Circuit court for Prince George's coun-
ty, to transcribe or have transcribed the old Chancery Docket
to his office, from September term 1803, to November term
1851, in the manner and form prescribed by law;
With proposed amendment of Select Committee.
