ties indebted to the State.

On motion by Mr. Henkle,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Henkle, Davis of Caroline
and Trail, to report a bill to authorize the Register of Wills
for Anne Arundel county, to have transcribed and preserved
certain old and valuable books of record in his office.

Mr. Mules from the Committee on Corporations to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Pres-
ident and Directors of the Chesapeake Mutual Insurance Com-
pany of Baltimore, Maryland;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Freedom
Lodge No, 112 of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Temple
Lodge, No. 128, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons;

Fertilizing and Manufacturing Company;

more Nearly Meeting of the Society of Friends, held on Lom-
