of the Circuit Court of Allegany county a certain sum of

Frost, alias Waters ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the. Judiciary.

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to protect churchei and
church property, and parsonages, and to punish trespasses on
the same;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.

Also, the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the President
and Directors of the Carroll Fire Insurance Company of
Baltimore ;

of Science of the city of Baltimore;

Hotel Company in the city of Annapolis;

Neck Wharf Company, in Quaker Neck, Kent county, on
Chester river;

sections of Article 18, of Public Local Laws entitled, "St.
Mary's county," and sub-title, "Charlotte Hall," and re-
enact the same as amended ;

County delegation.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, with your concurrence, to meet with you in
Joint Session a committee from Baltimore, of ministers and
laymen, who desire to appear before the General Assembly
