On motion of Mr. Carmichael, The vote by which the Senate bill entitled, an Act to re- Was reconsidered. The hill being upon its third reading, Mr. Carmichael proposed the following amendments : Amend by striking out the word "repealed" in line 8 sec- Amended and be enacted so as to read as follows : SEC. 92. Every person, his counsellors, aiders or abettors, Which were adopted. Was then read a third time and passed by yeas and nays
