Article 30 of the Code of Public General Laws, title,
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title, "Larceny," and to
re-enact the same with an amendment;

also to repeal sections 42 and 43 of Article 67 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title, "Negroes," and sub-title,
"Free Negroes and Manumission;"
