The Journal of yesterday was read and approved.

Mr. Gorsuch moved a reconsideration of the vote by which
the bill entitled, an Act to pay John H. B. Latrobe, William
Schley and John M. Frazier for legal services, was passed on
yesterday;

Which was sustained, and the vote reconsidered.
