The bill was read the second time.

Mr. Waters, from the Committee on Corporations, to
which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Tyson Mining Company ;

Reported it without amendment.

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act entitled a supplement
to an Act, passed at January session, 1856, chapter 109, to
amend an Act entitled, an Act to incorporate the Fremont
Savings' Institute of Baltimore, by allowing said Institution
the privileges embraced under the Act entitled, an Act to
continue the corporate existence of the several banking insti-
tutions therein mentioned, passed at January session, 1853,
chapter 441;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to repeal section
nine of the Act of January session, 1866, chapter 119, incor-
porating the Union Railroad Company of Baltimore, and re-
enacting the same with amendments; and also, to add ad-
ditional sections thereto ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Vickerrs, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to exempt the
committee of the First Baptist Church of Baltimore, from tax-
ation on certain stock therein mentioned ;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Wash-
ington Temperanoe and Library Association of Baltimore ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to amend and
re-enact section 23, of article 12, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, relating to the time of holding the terms of the Cir-
cuit Court for Harford county;

Reported it with the following amendment :

Section 2, And be it enacted, That this Act shall take ef-
fect from the date of its passage,
