Mr. Neilson, Chairman of Committee on Militia, (the rules
being suspended) reported favorably with amendments, the
bill entitled, an Act to repeal Article 68, Code of Public
General Laws, relating to Militia, and sections 652 to 770, both
inclusive of Article 4, Code of Public Local Laws, relating
to militia in the city of Baltimore, and to re-enact said Arti-
cle 63 with amendments.

The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled, an
Act supplementary to the Act of 1866, chapter 24, entitled,
an Act to authorize the Commissioners of the town of Havre
de Grace to sell certain lots in said town with proposed amend-
ment :

Section 2, line 5, strike out "fifteen" and insert "six per
cent, interest and five per cent commission ;"
