without amendment the Senate bill entitled, an Act to add
a new section to Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the powers of the President and Commissioners of
the village of Port Deposit;

without amendments the Senate bill entitled, an Act'to require
drovers passing through Kent county, to have their cattle
marked, and authorize the sale of cattle found unmarked

titled, an Act to repeal the Act of January session, 1864,
chapter 282, entitled, an Act to add the following sections to
the 40th Article of Public General Laws, requiring jurors to
take the oath of allegiance.
