A statement showing the dates of payments made by the Bal-
timore and Ohio Sailroad Company, on account of one-fifth
receipts from passengers on the Washington Branch, which
were included in the fiscal year ended September 30th, 1866.

The House of Delegates of the

General Assembly of Maryland.

Annapolis.
GENTLEMEN.

In reply to the order of your Honorable Body passed on
the 2nd, instant, in the following words, viz:

Ordered, that the Committee on Corporations be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to enquire of the Cum-
berland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company, and of the Con-
solidation Coal Company, under what charter they or either
of them work the line of railroad running from Cumberland,
viz: Frostburg, Mount Savage, and Lonaconing to Piedmont,
and whether said railroad is worked in accordance with the
provisions of its charter.

And the said Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad Com-
pany, and the Consolidation Coal Company, are hereby re-
