The consideration thereof was postponed for ten minutes.
On motion of Mr. Appleman,

Ordered, That Mr. Hoffhine have a leave of absence to at
tend the funeral of a relative.
Mr. Jones from the Committee on the Judiciary,
The rules being considered as further suspended,

Reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal the
10th section of the 11th Article of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, prescribing an oath for Attorney's at Law and to
prescribe in lieu thereof an oath for Attorneys at Law;

Which was read a first time.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1865, chapter
174, entitled, an Act relating to the registration of the voters
of the State, and to enact other provisions relative to the
registration of voters in lieu thereof,

Being upon its second reading,

On motion of Mr. Evans, ,

Was made the special order of the day for to-morrow, Feb-
ruary 13th.

The House then resumed the consideration of the order of
the day,

Being the majority and minority reports of the Committee
