title of the bill:

Amend the title by striking out all after the word "for,"
and insert "taking the sense of the people of the State on
the call of a convention to frame a new constitution and form
of government, and for assembling the members thereof;"

Mr. Gorsuoh proposed the following :

Add, " outside of the provisions of the Constitution of the
State.

Mr. Ford moved the previous question ;
