reported favorably, a bill entitled, an Act for the relief of
Benjamin Frost alias Waters;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to authorize the
Commissioners of Carroll county, to appoint an additional
Constable for district No. 2, in said county;

Reported it without amendment.
The bill was then read a second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing bills :

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Freedom Lodge, No.
112, of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Wrought
Iron Pipe and Tube Company;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Frostburg Hotel
Company, of Frostburg;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland Slate
Company;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, a supplement to an Act entitled, an Act to
incorporate the Charles street Avenue Company, passed at
January session, 1854;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Harford Fire In-
surance Company, of Baltimore city,

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Big Hunting
Creek Mining and Iron Manufacturing Company, of Frederick
county;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland Fertil-
izing and Manufacturing Company;
