Which was read and referred to Baltimore county delega-
tion.

Also a report of Wm. Welch, Inspector of Tobacco Ware-
house No. 4, Baltimore ;

Which was read and referred to Committee on Inspection.

Also reports of the clerks of the Circuit Courts of the several
counties, and Superior, Common Pleas and Criminal Courts
of Baltimore city, in response to an order of the House giving
the number of days each court has been in session between the
1st day of January to the 31st of December, 1866.

On motion of Mr. Adelott,

The rules were suspended, and the House took up for con-
sideration the bill entitled an Act, to secure the completion
of the Wicomico and Pocomoke Rail Road ;

Said bill being upon its third reading.
The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas and
