Mr. Mackall submitted the following message :

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, with the consent of your Honorable Body,
that the Joint Committee appointed in regard to the State
Tobacco Warehouses, shall have leave of absence, after the
adjournment of both Houses until Wednesday next.

the Town Commissioners of Rockville, Montgomery county,
