Leave was granted the Baltimore city delegation, to report
a bill to repeal section 1st, and section 2nd, of chapter 1st
passed January 29th, 1866, entitled, an Act authorising the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to build a new City
Hall, and to substitute other sections in their place.
On motion of Mr. McCullough,
Leave was granted Messrs. McCullough, King and Carmi-
chael, to report a bill to repeal an Act, to add additional sec-
tions to Article 1st, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Al-
legany county, relating to the drawing and summoning of
Jurors, to be arranged under the head of Jurors in said coun-
ty, passed at the session of the General Assembly of 1865,
chapter 11.
On motion of Mr. Knott,
Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations, (here-
after to be appointed,) to report a bill to incorporate, "the
Mechanics Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore city."
Mr. Israel moved that the House do now adjourn until
Monday next at 12 o'clock.
Mr. Magraw moved to amend, by inserting "Tuesday next"
at 12 o'clock.
