A bill entitled, an Act to enable the Trustees of Middle-
town Academy to transfer, by deed, the said building and
grounds to the Board of School Commissioners of Frederick
county;

mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to alter and change the name of
George Ferdinand Taylor, to that of George Washington
Taylor;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee oa Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal an Act entitled, an Act to
prevent the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors on or near
the line of the Washington county Rail Road, during the
time of its construction;

town of Newtown, in Worcester county, so as to strike out
