A bill entitled, an Act granting the assent ot' the Legisla-
ture to a legacy bequeathed by codicil to the last will and tes-
tament of Charlotte B. Graham, late of Cecil county, deceas-
ed, to the trustees of Zion Church, at Cecilton, in said county;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the village of the
Head of Sassafras, in Kent county, Md., by the name of Sas-
safras;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to amend the Act of 1856, chapter
257, entitled, an additional supplement to the Act entitled,
an Act incorporating the Master and Wardens of Clinton
Lodge, No. 83, of the Free and Accepted Masons:

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Blenheim Lodge, No.
102, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, in Harford
county;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
Also, delivered the following bills:

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Marine Railway
and Manufacturing Company of Havre de-Grace;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to release all claim to, and interest
of the State, in certain land in Somerset county, and to vest
the same in the surviving children and grand children of Ti-
tus Dary, a person of color, late of said county deceased;

Which was read the first time and referred to the the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to extend and continue in force the
charter of the Manchester Savings Institution;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corpora-
tions.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Cecil Lodge, No. 125
of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons, of Chesapeake city, in
Cecil county;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act for the protection of Partridges in
Somerset county, and to prohibit the killing ot the same dur-
ing the night time;
