ALLEGANY COUNTY, TO WIT :

I hereby certify that the above and aforegoing is truly
taken from the election returns made by the Judges of Elec-
tion District No. 5, of the election held November 6. 1866,
in Allegany county, Maryland, and that the samp is a true
copy of such certificate and return annexed to the poll books
of election of said Election District No. 5. returned and filed
as aforesaid in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Allegany county, Maryland, on the 10th of November, 1866.

In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and
affix the seal of the Circuit Court for Allegany county, Mary-
land, this first day of December, in the year eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-six.
