The House resumed the consideration of the resolutions relative to Secretary Seward, Pending which the House took a recess. The question being on the motion of Mr. Rinehart to lay the resolution on the table. Mr. Rinehart demanded the yeas and nays. The demand being sustained; The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follow:
