Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
The Senate has received your message, asking for the re-
turn of the Bill entitled an act to permit Wm. H. Downs to
hold the office of Justice of the Peace and Assistant Assessor,
and herewith return said Bill agreeably to your request.
