Arundel, Miller, of Washington, Mittag, Nairne, Penning-

The journal of yesterday was read and approved.
Mr. Rider presented a petition from citizens of Somerset
county in favor of a repeal or modification of the Registry
Law;
Which was read and referred to the committee on Regis-
tration.
Mr. Hopkins presented a petition from Guy Stephenson,
Wm. F. Evans, Thomas Courtney and 43 other citizens of
Harford county, for a repeal or modification of the Registry
Law;
