A., Miller, of Washington, Mittag, Mules, Nairne, Norris, Parker, Pennington, Poteet, Rider, Rinehart, Roberts, Robinson, Sherry, Silver, Slothower, Smith, of Allegany, Smith, of Dorchester, Smith, of Fred- ' erick, Soper, Tolson, Tull, Usilton, Valliant, Warner, Wat- kins, Wilson, Wooden, Zeigler—56. The House resumed the consideration of the bill entitled, an Act to restore the right of citizenship to certain persons in Dorchester, Worcester and Somerset counties. The question being on the adoption of the second clause of the amendment submitted by the committee, viz: To insert the name of Greenbury M. Watkins; It was decided in the affirmative. The bill was then read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. On motion of Mr. Markey, The rules were suspended and the bill to enfranchise Wm. Thompson, of R, of Montgomery county, was taken up. On motion of Mr. Watkins, The said bill was recommitted to the committee on Regis- tration. The bill entitled an Act for the repairing and furnishing of the Government House; "Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays & follow:
