county, at the election held in November, 1865, ia declared
to have been duly elected to that office, and entitled to the
possession of the same.
Mr. Rinehart called the prcvi nis question.
The question being, "Shall 'die nicdii question be now
put?"
It was decided in the affirmative.
The question then being on the adoption of the resolutions,
Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel county, moved a division of
the question;
Which was sustained.
The question then being on the adoption of the first reso-
lution;
Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel county, demanded the yeas
and nays.
The demand being sustained;
