Mr. Hoffman, from the committee on the Library, submit-
ted the following
REPORT:
Whole amount of stationery purchased for the
use of the present. Session of the Legislature,
as per vouchers in the hands of the librarian,
and examined by us.....................................$8, 794 30
Surplus for contingencies.................................. 205 70
$9, 000 00
Of this amount, over $2, 000 was paid for extra stationery,
ordered by both Houses of the General Assembly.
To re-paint, and re-carpet library, we propose an
appropriation of.......................................... $800 00
Appro red this 29th day of January, 1866.

Mr, Smith, of Allegany, from a Select committee, reported
favorably Senate bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Workingmen's Co-operative Store of Cumberland in Allegany
county;
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Hopkins, from a Select committee, reported favorably
Senate hill. entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
a supplement to the Act entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Conowingo Bridge company;
Which, was read the, second time. «
Mr. Clift, from a Select committee, reported favorably Sen-
ate bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal church in Federalsburg, in Caroline
county;
Which was read the second time.
