Mr, Wells, from the committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported a bill entitled, an Act in favor of John Welch; Which was read the first time. Mr. Stephenson, from the Select committee, reported a bill entitled, an Act changing the code of Local Laws, of Har- ford county; Which was read the first time, Mr. McMaster from the Select committee, reported a bill entitled, an Act to add to the General Law, relating to Small Pox; Which was read the first time. The Senate adjourned. FRIDAY, January 26th, 1866. The clerk of the House of delegates delivered the follow- ing bills: A bill entitled, an Act in favor of T. E. Dell; Which was read the first time and referred to the commit- tee on Finance. |
