After a short absence the Sergeant-at-Arms. returned and reported that no additional members were in the city. On motion of Mr. Rider, All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Jamison, The House adjourned. MONDAY, January 29, 1866. The House met, and was opened with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Owen. Present at the call of the roll the following members: Messrs.
