Also, reported from the same committee, a bill to sell 200
shares of stock held by the State in the Union Manufacturing
company;
Which was read the first time,
Mr. Lansdale from the committee on Elections, to which
was referred the returns of election of Senators reported that
the Committee found them to be correct.
Mr. Ohr, from the committee on Federal Relations,
reported Joint Resolutions remonstrating against the Chesa-
peake and Lake Erie Railroad;
Which were read the first time; and
On motion of Mr. Ohr,
Were read the second time, and
Ordered, to be engrossed for a third reading;
Read the third time by special order, three-fourths concur-
ring, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
