General Laws of this State relating to corporations, by
adding thereto certain additional Sections, providing for the
formation of corporations engaged in carrying on any kind
of mining business, by mining or otherwise on and upon
lands lying within this State, or beyond the limits thereof.
Mr. Tome submitted the following order:
Ordered, That two thousand copies of the Report, of the
State Superintendent of Public Instruction (two hundred of
which shall be in the German language) be printed . for the -
use of the Senate.
Mr. Earle moved to lay it upon table,
Determined in the negative by yeas and nays as follow;
