to subscribe for 10, 000 shares of the capitol stock of the Eas-
tern Shore Railroad company.
On motion of Mr. Slothower,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary to re-
port a bill to pass an Act supplementary to an Act to incor-
porate the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, passed at Decem-
ber session, 1830.
On motion of Mr. King,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary to re-
port a bill for the changing of names by application to the
Judges of the several Circuit Courts, &c.
On motion of Mr. Smith, of Dorchester,
Leave was granted the Dorchester county delegation to re-
port a bill to amend and re-enact chapter 197, act of 1852,
relating to Slaughter Creek Bridge in Dorchester county.
On motion of Mr. Tull,
Leave was granted the committee on Claims to report a bill
entitled an Act to compensate the County Commissioners and
the Register of Baltimore city for paying bounties to soldiers
under the act passed February 6th, 1864, chapter 15, and
amendments thereto.
On motion of Mr. Hoffman,
Leave was granted the Baltimore county delegation to re-
Sort a bill authorizing the Treasurer of the State to refund to
. W. Bond, of Baltimore county, sixty-two dollars and fifty
cents for taxes erroneously paid.
On motion of Mr. Cook,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations to report
a bill to incorporate the Baltimore Rifle Target-shooting As-
sociation.
On motion of Mr. Wooden,
Leave was granted the committee on Claims to report a bill
to compensate Isaac E. Pierson, of Carroll county, for services
rendered the State of Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Mittag,
Leave was granted, the Washington county delegation to
report a bill incorporating the Colored Laboring Sons and
Daughters' Beneficial Society of Hagerstown.
On motion of Mr. Keefer,
Leave was granted the Frederick county delegation to re-
port a bill to prohibit the issuing of any license for the sale
