On motion of Mr. Cook,
Leave was granted the Baltimore city delegation, to report
a bill to allow John Lee Chapman.;, Mayor of; Baltimore.' city,
additional pay for extra services ay Pulice Commisioner.
On motion Mr.Cook,
Leave was granted the Baltimore City delegation, to report.
a, bill to increase the pay of the Secretar to the Police Comi-
missioners of Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Cook.
Leave was granted the committee on Inspections; to report
a bill for the inspection of Coal Oil.
On motion of Mr. Tull,
Leave was granted the commitee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Baltimore Wareshouse and So-
curity company.
On motion of Mr. Tull,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary, to re-
port a bill to repeal sections 81, 82, 83, 84- 85, 86; 87, 88 of
article 19, of the Code of Public Local '...Laws -.dating to
Somerset county, and entitled "negroes and slave,';."
On motion of Mr. Tull,
Leave was granted the committee on the judiciary, to re-
port a bill to amend the second section of -.die Act passed on
the twenty-fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-
five, entitled, "An Act, to provide for the Registration of
Births, Marriages and Deaths."
On motion of Mr. Smith, of Dorchester,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations to report bill to incorporate the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad
company.
On motion of Mr. Cronise,
Leave was granted the Washington county delegation to
report a bill to amend the act entitled, an "Act to incorporate
the Washington county Railroad," passed January session,
1864.
Also, a bill to incorporate Eureka Lodge of Ancient Free
and Accepted Masons of Sharpsburg, Washington county;
On motion of Mr. Ziegler,
Leave was granted the Washington county delegation to
report a bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Wash-
ington county to subscribe to the capital stuck of the Western
Maryland Railroad.
