A bill to incorporate the Annapolis Lodge of Masons in
Annapolis;
A bill to regulate the village of Greensborough in Caroline
county;
A bill to incorporate the Colored Laboring Sons and
Daughters' Beneficial Society of Hagerstown;
Which were read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on Corporations.
A bill to authorize G. Eichelberger, State Bounty Com-
missioner of Frederick county, to pay D. H. Maynard;
Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs. Eat-
on, Whitney and Tome.
A bill to incorporate the Baltimore and Pikesville Rail-
road company of Baltimore;
Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on Internal Improvements,
A bill in favor of the Western Maryland Railroad;
Which was read the first time and referred to the Baltimore
city Senators;
A bill to make valid a certain bequest in the last will and
testament of A. Shultz, of Washington county ;
Which was read the first time and referred to the committee
on Invalid Deeds;
A bill relating to the transcribing records of indexes of the
Register of Wills in Frederick county;
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
A bill to make valid the Act of C. B. Stewart, commission-
er in the estate of' N. Forrester;
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Invalid Deeds.
Mr. Turner submitted joint resolutions relating to the har-
bor of Baltimore;
Which were read the first time and referred to the com-
mittee on Federal Relations.
Mr. Vickers from the Select committee, reported a bill to
incorporate the Trustees of the Episcopal Church in Kent
county;
