Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Mr. Tome moved to proceed to the consideration of Execu- tive Business; After a time they resumed the consideration of Legislative Business. Mr. Billingsley, of St. Mary's, reported a bill entitled, an Act allowing James Richardson, of St. Mary's county, to erect two gates on the public road; Which was read the second time. The bill entitled, an Act incorporating the Union Trust company of Baltimore, Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading; Read the third time by special order. Mr. Tome moved to strike out the enacting clause; Determined in the affirmative. The bill entitled, an Act incorporating the Insulated Lines Telegraph company; Was read the third time. Mr. Tome submitted an amendment; Which was read and adopted; And the bill was passed by yeas and nays as follow:
