out amendment the bill in favor of the Commissioners of
Frederick county;
Which was read the second time.
Also, reported with an amendment, the bill incorporating
the Bohemia Bridge company of Cecil county;
Which was read and adopted, and
The bill was read the second time and by special order the
third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:

A bill to repeal sections 10 and 11, of the 37th Article of
the Code of Public General Laws entitled' "Evidence," and
re-enact as follows:
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
