AN ACT to repeal an Act entitled an Act to pre-
prevent the sale of spiritous or fermented liquors
on or near the line of the Washington County
Railroad during the time of its construction. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act entitled, an Act to
prevent the sale of spiritous or fermented liquors
on or near the line of the Washington county
railroad, during the time of its construction,
passed at the extra session, January, eighteen
hundred and sixty-six, be and the same is hereby
repealed. |
Repealed. |
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That all fines and
forfeitures, and all penalties inflicted by law for
the violation of the Act hereby repealed, be and |

they are hereby remitted; provided the parties
liable to the same pay to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Washington county such amount of mo-
ney as would have been due and payable for license
had not the law hereby repealed been passed. |
Proviso. |
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after its passage. |
