The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the bill for
the support of Government;
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Finance.
The bill to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to aid the Western Maryland Railroad company,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:
