Mr. Frazier, from the committee on Corporations, reported without amendment the bill to incorporate the Insulated Lines Telegraph company; Which was read the second time. Also, reported the bill to incorporate the Transportation Company of Allegany county; With an amendment.; Which was read and adopted; and The bill was read the second time. Mr. Turner, from the committee on Corporations, reported without amendment the bill in favor of the Western Mary- land Railroad company; Which was read the second time. Mr. Vickers, reported without amendment, the bill au- thorizing the Commissioners of Allegany county to subscribe to the Western Maryland Railroad company; Which was read the second time. Also, the bill to authorize the Coal Companies of Allegany to subscribe to the Western Maryland Railroad company; |
