A bill entitled, an Act to repeal the forty-third and forty-
fourth sections of article six of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Caroline county, relating to the Circuit court for
said county for said county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments thereto;
A bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
the Childrens' Aid Socity of Baltimore;
A bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act entitled,
"an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Cuba Smelting and
Mining company," passed at December Session, 1844;
A bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act entitled,
a Supplement to the Act entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Conowingo Bridge company;
A bill to incorporate the Union Soldiers Home of Mary-
land;
A bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act to incor-
porate the Magnetic Telegraph company, passed at Decem-
ber Session, 1846, chapter 39;
A bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
credit Benjamin G. Fitzhugh, late Clerk of the Circuit court
for Frederick county, with a certain sum paid Robert G.
McPherson, for services as deputy clerk,
A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Lever
Beater Press company.
The bill entitled, an Act authorizing the Governor, Comp-
troller and Treasurer to sell to the United States the Govern-
ment House;
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:
