And they were read the second time.
Mr. Ohr, from the committee on Corporations, reported
with amendments the bill amending the charter of the
Chesapeake and Delaware Canal Company;
Which were adopted;
And the bill was read the second time.
Also, reported without amendment, the bill to regulate the
working of Public Roads in the State of Maryland;
Which was read the second time.
The bill repealing various sections of the Local Law rela-
ting to Allegany county, and to amend the same;
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follow:
