said Railroad Company after such subscription of
stock shall be made, and in lieu of the right to
vote the said stock in the election of President
and Directors of the said Railroad Company, the
said county shall be represented by one Director,
at the said Board of the President and Directors
aforesaid; that William Lamb, of said county,
shall represent the county as such Director, for
one year, and until his successor shall be appointed,
and that the County Commissioners shall, in the
month of June, in the year eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, and annually at the same time there-
after appoint a Director to represent said county
as aforesaid. |
Bonds and
coupons recov-
able for taxes. |
Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That the said bonds
and coupons shall be receivable for taxes by the
collectors of taxes; and when so received, on
account of the same, shall be returned to the
County Commissioners by the said collectors, who
shall be entitled to an equal amount of the money
levied to meet or liquidate their payment. |

Sec. 7. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |

AN ACT to repeal an Act entitled, an Act to au-
thorize and empower the commissioners ap-
pointed by the Circuit Court of Queen Anne's
county, to divide the real estate of John Hen-
drix, late of said county deceased, to convey to
the purchaser, the legal title to said lands passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
four, chapter two hundred and seventy, and to
re-enact the same with amendments. |
