The bill requiring the County Commissioners and the Re- gister of the city of Baltimore to settle their bounty accounts with the Comptroller; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading; Bead the third time by special order, three fourths con- curring and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
NEGATIVE. Mr. McMaster—1. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates, The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the joint resolutions enfranchising certain persons; Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays." The bill incorporating the Union Railroad company of Baltimore, and to authorize various companies to subscribe thereto; Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
