Mr. Jenkins from the committee on corporations, to -which was referred the bill incorporating the Havre Iron Company; Reported it with an amendment; Which was read and adopted, and The bill was read the second time. Mr. Tome, from the committee on Finance, to which was referred joint resolutions authorizing the purchase of a trea- ties by H. D. Evans; Reported them without amendment, and they Were read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading; Read the third time, by special order, three-fourths concur- ring, and passed by yeas. and nays as follow:
