202 would tell me of no charge. I asked who was the witness against me; but he would not tell me this either. He then told me he thought that any man who had voted for Daniel M. Henry was a disloyal man. I then replied, "that's not the cause why I am not registered;" said he, "what is the cause?' said I, 'because you think I'm not going to vote the ticket you vote."
