184 Benjamin Lokey, a witness produced on behalf of claim- ant being duly sworn, answers and. says: To the first interrogatory: A. Thirty-five years, been a voter twenty-four years, re- sided in 1865 in district No. 6. 2d: A. Did apply, took the oath, answered the questions, no charge, no witnesses, found by the published list I was not registered. 3d: A. Did not vote, would have voted for Franklin. 4th. Waved.
