The bill to authorize the Governor, Comptroller and Treas- urer to sell the bank stock owned by the State in the Farm- ers' Bank of Maryland, the Bank of Baltimore and other Banks of the city of Baltimore, in the Central Bank of Fred- erick and the Easton Bank of Maryland, to be applied to the debt of the State; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
